JOB INFORMATION

Position: Sales Lead
Pay: $ 29.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on the store and position
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / W-2
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, with schedules based on store hours and operational needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout the shopping experience.
• Support sales associates with customer service, product questions, and sales activities.
• Help the team achieve daily sales and customer service goals.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures when assigned.
• Help maintain organized merchandise displays and a clean sales floor.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist store management with daily operations and team coordination.
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and assist with transactions when required.
• Help monitor merchandise, inventory, and store presentation.
• Follow company procedures related to cash handling, loss prevention, and workplace safety.
• Provide leadership and support to the team during busy periods.

REQUIREMENTS

• No college degree or formal retail education required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to support and guide coworkers in a professional manner.
• Comfortable working toward sales and customer service goals.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Basic ability to use or learn point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Professional and respectful attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
