We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Retail Cleaner to join a retail team in Miami, FL. This position will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented sales floors, restrooms, entrances, and common areas while helping provide a positive shopping environment for customers and employees.
The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently, and is comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks throughout the workday. Previous cleaning experience is not required, as training may be provided.
JOB INFORMATION
Position: Retail Cleaner
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, depending on the store and position
Location: Miami, FL

Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, with schedules based on store hours and operational needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and maintain sales floors, entrances, restrooms, break areas, and other assigned store areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean assigned floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace trash liners according to store procedures.
• Clean and sanitize frequently used surfaces and customer areas.
• Replenish restroom supplies and cleaning materials when needed.
• Keep entrances, aisles, fitting rooms, and common areas clean and presentable.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely according to instructions.
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized condition.
• Follow store sanitation, health, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties during busy periods or store events when required.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties according to established schedules and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• No college degree or formal cleaning education required.
• Ability to follow cleaning and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies within the requirements of the position.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a store team.
• Professional and respectful attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
