We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join a warehouse, distribution, or logistics team in Atlanta, GA. This position will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and organize products and materials within a warehouse or distribution facility while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to operate material-handling equipment responsibly. Previous forklift experience may be preferred, but training may be provided for qualified candidates depending on the employer.

Schedule: Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available, with schedules based on warehouse hours and operational needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely operate forklifts and other authorized material-handling equipment within the warehouse or distribution facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, pallets, and designated storage areas.
• Move, stack, and organize pallets, products, materials, and inventory throughout the facility.
• Transport materials between receiving, storage, production, picking, and shipping areas.
• Inspect the forklift and related equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Verify product labels, pallet information, quantities, and storage locations when moving materials.
• Place products and materials in designated racks, storage locations, staging areas, or shipping zones.
• Assist warehouse teams with loading, unloading, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities.
• Maintain safe clearance and awareness of pedestrians, equipment, racks, and other warehouse personnel.
• Identify damaged products, pallets, or materials and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts and basic warehouse organization when required.
• Follow equipment operating procedures, facility safety rules, and applicable workplace requirements.
• Complete assigned material-handling, loading, unloading, and warehouse duties according to company standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• No college degree or formal warehouse education required.
• Previous forklift or warehouse experience may be preferred depending on the employer.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and responsibly after completing required training.
• Forklift certification or employer-provided forklift training may be required depending on the position.
• Strong understanding of basic workplace and equipment safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and sit while operating equipment throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials or packages according to employer requirements.
• Ability to inspect equipment and identify basic safety or maintenance concerns.
• Basic ability to use or learn handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and inventory equipment.
• Professional and respectful attitude toward coworkers and supervisors.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled.
