JOB INFORMATION

Position: Electronics Sales Associate
Pay: $19.75 – $28.00 per hour, depending on the store and position

Schedule: Daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, with schedules based on store hours and operational needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance on the sales floor.
• Help customers understand product features, specifications, and differences between electronics products.
• Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
• Assist customers with products such as televisions, computers, phones, accessories, and other consumer electronics, depending on the store.
• Support sales goals and promotional activities.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges according to store procedures.
• Maintain organized and attractive product displays and sales areas.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory when needed.
• Stay informed about current products, promotions, and store policies.
• Answer customer questions and provide basic product assistance when appropriate.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems when required.
• Follow company procedures for customer service, cash handling, loss prevention, and workplace safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• No college degree or formal electronics education required.
• Interest in consumer electronics and willingness to learn about products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain basic product features in a clear and helpful manner.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Basic ability to use or learn point-of-sale (POS) systems and store technology.
• Professional and respectful attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
