We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeeping Attendant to join a hotel hospitality team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and designated hotel areas while helping provide a positive experience for guests.
The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently, and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training may be provided.
JOB INFORMATION
Position: Housekeeping Attendant
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and hotel
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: Various shifts available, including daytime, weekends, and holidays, based on hotel occupancy and operational needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens.
- Clean bathrooms, showers, sinks, mirrors, floors, and other guest-room areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, paper products, and other guest supplies.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Remove trash and dispose of it according to hotel procedures.
- Clean and maintain designated public areas when required.
- Keep housekeeping carts and supply areas organized and properly stocked.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment according to safety procedures.
- Respond professionally to reasonable guest requests related to housekeeping services.
- Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
- Follow sanitation, infection-control, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete assigned rooms according to established schedules and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- No college degree or formal hospitality education required.
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, janitorial, or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies, linens, and other items as required.
- Comfortable working around cleaning products, water, and hotel equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when scheduled.
